How to Brew a Delicious Cup of Coffee?

1. Start by filling the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water. Then, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset and wait for a few minutes.
2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness using the COSORI Coffee Grinder.
3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker.
4. Slowly pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a turning motion.

How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Bring the liquid to a boil and let it sit for 2 hours. Then, use a cloth to clean and wipe the interior.
3. Rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water and dry it with a soft, clean cloth.
4. Repeat the process as needed.

Notes:

1. Ensure you add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle, but do not fill it above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.
2. It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use, especially if the water quality in your area is hard.
3. When you choose a preset with Hold Temp and then lift the kettle during heating, the CO108-NK will continue the heating process if the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.
